- Assists the Assistant Superintendent in assessing the effectiveness of curriculum implementation.
- Plans agenda and conducts regular subject / grade level meetings as part of a larger Professional Learning Community.
- Obtains input from all grade level members, organizes topics of discussion, distributes preparation materials, and establishes goals and protocols for all meetings.
- Analyzes the effectiveness of curriculum implementation through regular item analysis of common and summative assessments, and shares the information with the grade level.
- Prepares and submits annual PLC plan which includes the goals and objectives for the year and submits to the Assistant Superintendent and his/her Principal in May.
- Prepares annual report of PLC accomplishments and progress on set goals, including recommendations of the next level of work, to the Assistant Superintendent in May.

- Brings to the attention of the staff, new books, programs of study, current research, new trends and practices and workshops.

- School Climate Coach: Develop and implement a comprehensive school-wide strategy to promote positive school climate and to address social, emotional, and behavioral barriers to learning through collaborative working relationships with all stake holders
